Dye Sublimation printing is the process of printing with a special set of inks onto a very thin transfer paper in reverse. It is then carefully left to dry, and then pressed into a polyester rich fabric to transfer the ink into the fibres of the fabric. The transfer paper is peeled off & the fabric is off to finishing, this can either be for sublimated shirts, sublimated mugs, dye sublimated tablecloths, full-colour sublimated flags, banners, gazebos and many, many more products.
Most textile printing is done using this process, only on large quantities/non – polyester material will screen-printing be the preferred method!

With our in house dye-sublimation printers, we are able to print onto Tshirt Templates using polyester material, cut these panels out & stitch them together to create a custom branded tshirt that has edge to edge printing on it! These types of printed shirts are usually made to promote within the motocross, fishing, rugby & golf industries!
These shirts are made from polyester. Therefore, they are ideal for sportswear as polyester is known to be “quick dry”. The amount of colours in your customized sportswear or sport shirts does not affect the final price. We have a few different templates of shirts for easy ordering for garments such as full colour golf shirts with a collar (perfect for custom fishing shirts), crew neck long-and short sleeve tshirts ( ideal for customized motocross/warm up tops). Even sports jerseys ( such as full colour custom rugby or hockey shirts). The possibilities are virtually endless with sublimation shirt printing!
We are a dye sublimation printing company based in Pretoria. However, we do courier orders nationwide!
The only limitation that there is on sublimation printing is that your material needs to be white & a high polyester blend ( at least 70% ) sublimation ink does not work on cotton material at all.
We have a wide range of pre-approved sublimatable materials for you to choose from, if you would like us to test on your materials, please book a day with us, in order for us to prepare & test.
You will always have to have your artwork print-ready – this means on a template & full vector.
If you are unable to supply the artwork in this format, there may be a layout/artwork fee involved
You can simply email us your order, which includes artwork, size & quantities required and we will respond with a quote. Upon accepting your quote with a minimum of 50% deposit ( or 100% on orders below R1000) you will receive a pre-production drawing to confirm that all is correct. Depending on the type and quantity product ordered, order completion can be expected between 4-10 working days.
