On promotional items our company policy requires a minimum order of R1500 excluding VAT, which can include various items and not only USB flash drives.
Branding Options
USB flash drives can be branded in four different ways:
- Pad printing (works great on orders of 200 or more)
- Laser engraving (great for any metal items)
- Domed stickers (the printing method with the quickest turnaround time, also great for small orders)
- Digital printing (computer to printer). In this case the price will be dictated by the size of the printing and not the number of colours in your design

Ordering Process for USB Drives

Choose the items you would like to purchase (check stock availability), then supply us with the product code, colour option, type of branding preferred, memory size and the quantity you require.
Once you have made your selection please email all the relevant information after which we will send you a quotation.
Check whether you have your logo/design in a vector format (saved as adobe illustrator (AI), Corel draw (CDR), portable document format (PDF) or encapsulated postscript (EPS). If you do not have your logo in any of these formats, our design team can re-draw your design at an additional cost .
Once you have chosen your item and quantities and we have seen the complexity of your design we will be able to advise you on the best suited printing method for your order.

Depending on stock availability, the quantity you need and the branding method that you choose your order should be completed within 5-7 working days.
The USB flash drives will be branded either by pad printing, engraving or using domed stickers. On quantities of 200 or more we advise using pad printing (for up to a maximum of 3 colour artwork) although domed stickers have a faster turnaround time. If you order around 100 items with more than 2 colours in your design, we will typically suggest digital printing for your branding.
In a vector format (saved as adobe illustrator (AI) Corel draw (CDR) portable document format (PDF) or encapsulated postscript (EPS). However, if you do not have this our graphic design department will gladly design or redraw it for you at a cost of between R150-R450
We can provide up to 256GB. Unfortunately, these are not ideal for promotional gifts due to their high costs but with technology growing rapidly these costs will become more affordable over time.
We require an 80% deposit upfront upon placing your order, with the balance due on collection or before delivery.
To give you peace of mind, we will email you close-up photos of your branded order, once completed before shipping. In the unlikely event that your order isn’t what we have agreed upon we will gladly refund you.
