We are also able to print your corporate images/photos onto a jigsaw puzzle to give it a characteristic look in your reception or board room – every staff member is a valuable “piece of the puzzle” some might say.
Full colour custom jigsaw puzzles are one of our many unique gifts that we offer. The entire manufacturing process is done in-house, from printing to cutting. We manufacture custom printed jigsaw puzzles with any print and pattern imaginable, from basic 4-piece puzzles for toddlers to more intricate 1000+ pieces for adults.
The printing is mainly done on 3mm MDF wood, or a foam board material that is super lightweight. Both of these are cut on our laser cutters:
- MDF wood puzzles are printed using a dye-sublimation print, and a heat press to transfer prints onto the board
- Foam board is printed, by using UV printing direct onto the board

Email us your request, along with the design or image you would like printed on the puzzle and the required size of the puzzle. We will reply within 3-4 working hours with a quote for your request. We will contact you, should we require more information, as well as comments on the quality of your supplied artwork (if the quality is too low) and what the next steps would be, and should you want to move forward with the order. We have a minimum order amount of R500 excluding VAT, and a standard setup fee of R240 excluding VAT, for laser work.
On average, 7-10 working days after layout is approved and payment is received. Please note the lead time is dependent on the quantity of puzzles ordered.
