Coffee Mug Printing

We do all sorts of Coffee Mug printing at Redblock. we have an online catalogue that has a whole lot of ceramic mugs, all shapes, colours and sizes. Then we have a range of coated mugs as well. The difference between these are that the ceramic mugs are limited in printing options (pad printing or direct printing) where as our coated mug range has all sorts of branding possibilities. We can do a sing logo print, a wrap print, print on the lip area inside the mug, printing on the bottom of the mug (inside and outside), and even on the handle of the mug. Of course the various printing positions will influence the price, but the options are endless.

The coffee mug printing industry is a booming one. Mugs are such a great gift because they will be used again and again. Promote your business by giving mugs away as a gift or bring out your own in-house brand by branding your company’s mugs.

We also offer overspecialisation on the mugs, meaning that you can have different names on each mug. The cost of these are a bit higher but very reasonable. Please send us an email for a quotation.

Coffee Mugs Printing Process

We use three different Coffee Mugs printing processes to print the mugs; pad printing and two different heat transfer processes. Pad printing is expensive on low volumes but cheaper on high volumes. Using the heat transfer processes mugs are oven baked to 800 °C, thus making them dishwasher safe.

Simply find what you are looking for and send us the product code together with your logo. We will reply within + 3 working hours, with a quote and stock availability. Once on the site select the Gifts menu, then the drink ware tab. on the left menu you can select ceramic mugs.

You can also supply us with your design or our graphics department can create it for you. We charge R450 +vat per hour of designing.

These designs need to be in a Vector format and saved in one of the following files:

• cdr
• pdf
• ai
• eps

If you have previously made used of us or any other printing companies, your design should still be available in Vector format. If you are unable to supply us with these formats, we can redraw your design for you.

Once the design has been signed off and 50% deposit received by us your order will be processed and ready for collection within 5-7 working days depending on the specifications of the order.

Delivery places and cost

You can collect at either our Pretoria or Johannesburg offices.

In Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand, Sandton, Fourways, Randburg, Roodepoort and the East Rand it will cost R120 excluding VAT for delivery.

In all other major cities around South Africa, it will cost R130 excluding VAT. (Courier)
