We do all kinds of coffee mug printing at Redblock. We have an online store that has a wide variety ceramic mugs in many shapes, colours and sizes. In addition, we also offer a range of coated mugs. The difference between these are that the ceramic mugs are limited when it comes to printing options (pad printing or sublimation transfer printing), whereas our coated mug range has more branding possibilities. We can do a single logo print, wrap around, and personalized with names. Of course, these various printing positions and options will influence the price, but the possibilities are endless.
Mugs are a great gift because they will be used again and again, and your logo or brand will get continuous exposure. Promote your business by giving mugs as a promotional gift or promote your brand in-house with company mugs. We can also print individual names on each mug – this request is becoming increasingly popular because it lends a personal angle to your branding and because many people prefer their own cup, especially in an office environment. The costs for individual customisation are only slightly higher and our prices are very reasonable.
The quickest and most efficient way of printing full colour mugs is sublimation printing. By using a sublimation print transfer on a mug you are able to quickly and easily achieve a full colour print and personalization within 7-12 minutes from print to press. We cannot sublimate on any sort of mug, as the mugs need to be specially coated in the manufacturing process and heat-treated with a sublimation coating on the mugs, which is the reason we need to supply the mugs ourselves.
Ordering Process
Simply find what you are looking for and send us the product code together with your logo and design. We will reply within approximately 4-5 working hours with a quote and stock availability. When browsing the online site, select the Gifts menu, then the Drinkware and Food tab, select Mugs and Cups.
You can supply us with a design, or our graphic design department can create one for you. We charge R450 excluding VAT, per hour for designing. Our design department will send you a proof on which you can make up to two design changes, after which we will charge an additional R450 per hour for any additional changes.
Your design or artwork needs to be in a Vector format and saved in one of the following files:
CDR, PDF, AI and EPS. Full colour photos must be supplied in high resolution and not less than 72dpi. If you are unable to supply us with these formats, our design team can assist you for an additional fee. In order to quote you, we must be able to view your design first, which you can forward to us via email.
If your design file is larger than 12MB, you can forward it to us by using Dropbox or WeTransfer. If you have previously made use of our services or any other printing company, your design should be available in print-ready Vector format. Once the design has been signed off and we have received payment, your order will be processed and ready for collection within 5-7 working days, depending on the specifications of the order.
