Redblock Branding Solutions supplies professionally printed banner flags for businesses, events, exhibitions, retail promotions and outdoor advertising. These portable display systems provide strong visibility while remaining easy to assemble, transport and store.

Banner flags are available in several shapes and standard assembled heights, allowing you to select a system that suits your available branding space and display requirements.

Sizes and Shapes Available

Our standard flag-and-pole systems are available in assembled heights ranging from 2 to 5 metres. The exact standard sizes available depend on the selected flag shape and pole system.

Available flag shapes include:

• Feather Flags.
• Teardrop Flags.
• Shark-Fin Flags.
• Straight-Edge Flags, also known as Telescopic Flags.
• Arc-Fin Flags.

We supply standard flag-and-pole system sizes only. Custom-sized flag systems are not available.

Standard Hardware Included

Every complete banner flag system includes:

• A full-colour printed flag.
• Flexible flag poles.
• An outdoor ground spike.
• A carry and storage bag.

Indoor base options are available separately. These include:

• Scissor bases.
• Heavy metal plate bases.
• Water-filled plastic bases.

The correct base can be selected according to where and how the banner flag will be displayed.

Lightweight and Easy to Store

Banner flag systems are designed for convenient everyday promotional use. They are:

• Easy to transport.
• Quick to assemble.
• Compact when stored.
• Supplied with a carry bag.
• Suitable for indoor and outdoor displays when used with the appropriate base.

For a longer lifespan, we recommend displaying the flag during the day and bringing it indoors at night.

Single-Sided and Double-Sided Printing Options

Banner flags are available with either single-sided or double-sided printing. The correct option depends on your design, required visibility and selected flag height.

Single-Sided Flags

Single-sided flags use one printed fabric panel and provide approximately 90% print show-through. The design is visible from the reverse side as a mirror image.

Double-Sided Flags

Double-sided flags use two printed panels with an internal blocking layer, allowing the design to display correctly on both sides.

Double-sided flags are heavier than single-sided flags. For assembled flag systems above 4 metres, double-sided printing is not recommended because the additional weight can place too much strain on the flag system.

Replacement Prints Available

Replacement print-only flags are available for existing Redblock flag systems and suitable third-party hardware. This allows you to update your branding or promotional message without purchasing a complete new system.

For third-party hardware, please provide:

• A clear photograph of the existing hardware.
• The total length of the fully assembled poles.

Where possible, we recommend bringing the existing hardware to Redblock so that it can be measured and checked for the best possible fit.

Premium Dye-Sublimation Printing

Our banner flags are printed on ultra-sheen polyester fabric using a dye-sublimation heat-transfer process.

The design is first printed onto transfer paper and then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. The printed fabric is sewn into the selected banner flag shape.

Banner flag prints can be machine washed on a cold cycle.

Turnaround Time

The standard turnaround time is approximately 5 to 7 working days after payment has been received and the artwork has been approved.

Minimum Order Quantities

Our minimum order quantities are:

• Two units for single-sided banner flags.
• One unit for double-sided banner flags.
