Sonja plays a vital role in keeping Redblock’s operations running smoothly and efficiently. Philip oversees the production process at Redblock, ensuring every project is manufactured with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Udo Stegmann supports both the Redblock's technical infrastructure and on-site project execution. He is responsible for maintaining and improving digital platforms, managing online marketing activities, and providing IT support, while also overseeing installations on-site to ensure quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Eugene oversees the progress of all Redblock's factory orders, ensures procedures and quality standards are maintained throughout production, and provides daily production updates. Also supervises on-site installations, client communication, and final quality approval.
Lelanie manages the initial stages of Redblock's client order process This role ensures a smooth, well-organized workflow by coordinating client communication, tracking approvals, and confirming all requirements before production begins. All client interactions are handled efficiently through written communication channels, primarily email and WhatsApp.
