Embroidery

Your Perfectly embroidered design needs the artwork in vector format only, .EPS .AI .PDF or .CDR. An email with your attached logo will kick start the process We will reply within 3-4 working hours with a quote/request for more information. The pricing for the custom embroidery branding is dependent on the following:

• The complexity/intricacy of the artwork (a line of text vs. an illustration)
• Quantity and size
• Artwork in a print-ready format. Line art done in a professional program or embroidery digitized logos.

The cost of embroidery varies depending on the provisional stitch count we will do within 5 working hours after receiving the quote request. We will then contact you with an estimated costing.

There are two options when placing an order 

• You supply the garments or items to be embroidered, orders can be completed between 10-12 working days.
• We supply garments or items to you for embroidery, the turnaround time is an average of 2-3 weeks.

Once an order is placed we  provide a provisional layout. Sign off the layout, we then embroider a proof sample for customer signoff. On Final approval production begins. Lead times are dependent on the signed off sample and Redblock receiving full payment for the order. A completion date and time will be confirmed with the customer. The order to be collected at our office. If delivery is preferred, courier costs can be quoted separately.
